The pricing of the conveyancing was outlined in advance and the portal made life so much easier. However, there was still the need to contact PCS on occasion as this is my first house sale. I would recommend PCS legal to anyone selling their house. I dealt with Charlotte Keen who was very supportive and understanding about the stress I had in the past selling my house. She replied to my many emails, always kept me updated on the process and guided me through all I needed to provide to ensure completion. She never wavered with her support and always explained things to me in a way I understood.

My experience with Charlotte Keen at PCS was excellent. She would often reply to inquiries even very late at night when I was only expecting a reply in the morning. I would highly recommend PCS because of my good experience with Charlotte who over see the conveyancing of our house sale which is a stressful time.
