Disappointed with Cafcass. Again. It looks like they just make it up as they go along with no investigated evidence to back up what they are writing on their reports. It's a shame they don't really listen to the children. They also don't have much understanding of Coercive Controling behaviour or narcissistic abuse.

5* service from Miss Emma Caughey
I dealt with Emma Caughey for several months In regards to family matters surrounding my daughter. All I can say is my nerves weren’t needed and I wish I had came to her sooner! She made me feel at complete ease throughout the whole process. Listened thoroughly to myself and gave me the best advice. Excellent service throughout.
Thankfully matters are resolved. But if ever I need advice and help in the future I shall definitely return!

Extremely disappointing service
My family has been badly let down by the Firm. We were not adequately advised of the risks and consequences involved in a sensitive matter involving an infant, which led to all kinds of problems. An investigator at the Legal Ombudsman deemed that the service we received was not reasonable in several aspects, and recommended that the Firm refund a percentage of our fees and pay some compensation for distress caused. The Firm agreed to do this, but we have never received an apology.
