Great service from NJP Solicitors. I dealt with Natalie and she was helpful, professional and gave good, fair unbiased advice. The fees were very reasonable and I would definitely use them again.

Describing this as the “worst experience of your life” is, respectfully, an extreme and unfair characterisation. We fulfilled everything agreed under the fixed-fee service, achieved your desired legal outcome, and responded to your queries appropriately. While we understand that some aspects of the process may have felt unclear to you, this could have been resolved through earlier communication. If there was something you didn't understand, you never once raised this with us. Following our conversation today, it's now clear that there has been a misunderstanding. You instructed us on a fixed-fee basis for your divorce, and we are pleased to confirm that we fulfilled everything included in that service and successfully achieved your desired outcome — the Final Order of divorce. There were no hidden fees at any point, nor were you asked to pay anything further. The reference in our client care letter to additional charges simply explains that any services outside the fixed-fee scope — should a client choose to instruct us for them — would be charged separately. This is standard and transparent practice. We take pride in making legal processes clear and easy to understand, and we are known for explaining matters in plain English. In this instance, it appears a difficulty may have arisen from a language barrier. We can appreciate that if English isn’t your first language, then this adds a layer of complexity to the overall understanding of the process. Finally, we want to reassure you that we did not lie regarding the Final Order. Courts now issue these electronically as sealed documents; they are no longer physically signed or posted out. We provided you with the official, sealed version, which is the only format the court now produces. The issue here seems to be an expectation of a signed version, which, unfortunately, is not something the court routinely provides.

1:1 advice
Natalie helped me feel at ease and put my mind at rest on many subjects.
I needed the best impartial advice I could get to make informed decisions moving forward, I needed to see the law from both sides of my dispute and that is exactly what I received - all in a pleasent and professional manner.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience
Having never gained advice from a solicitor before, I was apprehensive about what to expect and whether I’d be able to understand what I was being told. However, my experience couldn’t have been any further from this.
From the initial phone call consultation I felt at ease. The lady (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember) was so warm and friendly.
The minute Natalie introduced herself on the phone I instantly felt at ease. I didn’t feel like I was talking to a solicitor in the way that I wasn’t intimidated by legal jargon instead, I was spoken to like a person. She gave me time to explain my situation and handled me with great empathy.
I came away feeling a lot more in control of my situation which I’m very grateful of.

Excellent service
I had an appointment with Natalie to discuss some paperwork I was required to complete. I was slightly nervous but as soon as I was greeted I was put at ease. Natalie explained what we were going to do, read through the paperwork, explained everything so I understood, nothing was any trouble to her.
