Adverse Possession
We have paid the quotation fee as requested although we are still not sure what the actual work that Poole Alcock will be doing for us, ie steps required. Look forward to early clarification re timings and steps to be taken.

Fabulous, so pleased I used Poole Alcock
I initially didn't understand where I stood and called another solicitors form first but I found them rude and impatient. Both Mollie and Jane were so patient, clear and helpful. Their behaviour towards me was so reassuring. Thank you both.

Initial contact with Mollie M
I felt I was immediately talking to someone competent and helpful. I wasn't left listening to awful music, or passed around to another department. The transparency of the price and the offer to resume on another property should the first fall through gave me confidence to proceed. Mollie is certainly an asset to this firm.

Prompt and friendly
Received a call back quickly after my initial enquiry. Quotation received, accepted and became a client within the hour. Unlike another firm that I had contacted the day prior that I’m still waiting to hear back.
Needless to say that so far so good, I’m looking forward to our future engagements.

Really quick, friendly and helpful
I needed to find a solicitor quickly after unexpectedly getting an offer accepted on a house. Within an hour of my enquiry I was called and had a quote, solicitor and a clear understanding of the process. Mollie was reassuring and personable and took the time to understand my situation and what I was after.
They were recommended to me by a friend and I can see why she had such a good experience with this company!
