As a first time buyer, finding a good conveyancer can be a daunting process, but I was quickly put at ease by Daniel of Bannister Preston. Every step was explained and communicated well for me and every email was answered in a timely manner. I couldn't have expected more for the price I paid. I would highly recommend.

Great service from Daniel
This is the second time I have used Bannister Preston. First to buy my house and then a few years later to sell. Both times Daniel was excellent throughout the process. His responses were really prompt and was very easy to get hold of when I had a question. He also put up with my stress levels towards completion of the sale! I would highly recommend.

Great and efficient service.
I was recommended by my mortgage advisor to go with Daniel Perry for conveyancing for our mortgage application and I must say I am very happy I did. Daniel and the team at Bannister Preston are very professioinal, efficient, approachable and are very good with communication. I was kept up to date throughout the process and any questions I had got answered. The process went very smoothly and must say a big thanks to Daniel Perry for his hard work. New home within 6 weeks 4 days!
This is the 3rd time we have used BP for a house purchase and again the service did not fail. Searches were quick and done efficiently, and from offer-to-completion, we had keys within 7 weeks.

Excellent Conveyancing
After hearing from our mortgage broker, we chose Bannister Preston as our conveyancing solicitor for our first home purchase, which I truly believe was the right choice. Krishna Parmar did a fantastic job managing our convergence process. She was very responsive and happily accommodated our requests. I really admire her reserved approach and her ability to complete the whole process in less than 3 months, despite being in a three-property chain.
