We used Clutton Cox for both the sale and purchase of our new property. All the staff were very friendly and great at responding to any questions we had. The information we received was great for both the sale and purchase and very thorough and detailed.
I would recommend using them and if I need to move again I would re use Clutton Cox.

We changed solicitors after 3 attempts at buying our first home without success - the best move we made!
From day one, the information freely provided at each step of the way was easy to digest and action. In instances of feeling as though we did not understand something, especially surrounding paperwork, Peter was quick off the mark to answer our questions and would always pick up the phone if we needed the additional support.
As we got closer to our completion date, Peter's initiative and advice in navigating potential pitfalls within the builders contract, was second to none.
We could not have asked for a better solicitor to help use purchase our first home and would recommend to anyone, especially first time buyers who need that little bit more support and explanation.
