I engaged this business in March by December I had made a complaint for no one answering my emails phones calls etc, the level of service was extremely poor. After a internal review they offered me £100 compensation (which I did not take) so they admitted fault in their service they where providing.
The 3rd party admitted liability for being at fault in December and it has taken another 8 months to conclued my case which was a straight forward one.
I would seriously recommend in find another Solicitor to do business with.
