Unfortunately, my experience with Luke Hassett was extremely disappointing. I was threatened with a delay to completion on the day of completing my property purchase, despite having already transferred all required funds. Multiple fees were added at the last minute that had not been disclosed in the initial quote, and I had to personally identify and correct errors in legal documents and completion statement.

Communication was poor, and I felt under pressure throughout. I expected a professional and transparent service this was far from it. I would not recommend.

I was recommended ASL from a friend and have been impressed from the start with their service. Luke guided us through the process. As a first time buyer it was quite overwhelming at first and Luke was there at hand throughout giving me solid advice and a clear understanding of time frames.
