Excellent dealings with Woodfines

Tony Stanton of Woodfines LLP recently dealt with the conveyancing of a property sale for me. It was slightly out of the norm but Tony and Donna's knowledge was fantastic, gave me great advice and dealt with everything so promptly. Will definitely use them again and recommend to friends, family and colleagues.

Simple and straightforward house sale

Amy and her team dealt with the sale of my late fathers house at what was a difficult time for the family. There were a couple of issues with the land which may have made it more complex. Nonetheless, my sister and I received a very prompt, efficient and hassle free sale process with a 'fixed' price agreed at the outset which really suited us. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a highly professional conveyancing team.

Efficient and helpful service

Sandy Town Council has been using Woodfines as its representatives for a number of years mostly for legal issues such as transfer of land or leases. We have always found the whole team helpful and efficient and they have always kept us up to date with progress on matters. Suzanna Stephenson has been excellent, supporting the Council with advice and dealing with a particularly difficult situation. The company's pricing strategy also seems to be fair.

I've used Woodfines both personally, and in business. I'm not going to pretend they're cheap, but no firm of solicitors is. They are always thorough & supportive though, their advice is good, they act honourably, and I've always been happy with the specialists appointed to act on my behalf.
