Dealing with Rosie was was an exceptional experience, she guided us through the whole house buying and selling process (it had been 26 years since we last moved) with an extremely calm and knowledgeable manner, making the whole process easier to deal with. Even when we were getting stressed her calm and efficient professionalism got us to the end goal.

If it was possible to give 0 stars…

This place is horrible and very intrusive for the wrong reasons, the solicitor Jennifer and Reena along with the manager Sarah are very unprofessional hence why I had to go through three firm members just to represent my case properly. This place is a charity and if you want good representation it’s worth going somewhere where your not left feeling empty.

The property team at Machins recently helped me with the sale of my late mother's house. From the initial call to through to the completion of the sale, my experience was very good. From an estate agent perspective - they come highly recommended. I dealt with Gurjit throughout a transaction as one of my clients was using her. When our mother died they were helpful in supplying her will, so we went back to them when selling her house. We were not disappointed, as they were very efficient, keeping us informed at each step and working quickly with the sale.
