Sophie and Jaqueline were fabulous, we were kept up to date on everything, our queries were responded to very quickly and we managed to complete within our time frame. We were first time buyers and found the process quite confusing but Sophie was great at making sure it was clear. Sophie was great from the initial phone call. Very knowledgeable and patient. Very efficient and on the ball. We didn’t have any issues with our house purchase and would definitely contact Sophie again for any property related enquiries.
