Negligent and worsened situation, expensive, then turned guns on me

They took on a low key domestic FTT case in a commercial litigation department geared for county courts
They failed to carry out an initial brief
They did not warn of the unlikelihood of costs being awarded to a successful case, as it was in the FTT as opposed to a County Court
All of their output needed factual and editing input
They did not follow client instructions on the property risk level to be addressed at the CMC and have an Emergency manager’s appointment and left the property at intolerable risk for a further 3 months.
They ratcheted fees to increase their time input to a level unnecessary for a low key domestic FTT case
They have not followed their own complaints procedure
They pursued interest and costs on the disputed fees without following Pre-Action Protocol properly
