Excellent Professional Service

I recently engaged with Blandy and Blandy wrt house conveyancing and they provided an efficient, professional and friendly service. I would highly recommended them as this is the second time I have used their services in recent months (the other related to employment law) and on both occasions I have been impressed with the people I dealt with.

Excellent service from Blandy & Blandy again.

Recently I engaged B&B on a deed of variation to a Will and I have been extremely impressed and pleased with their professional services. From the initial meeting to receiving the completed DOV, Blandy & Blandy have handled everything perfectly. All communications have been timely, concise and accurate, as I've come to expect.

I recommend B&B for all legal matters and in particular Kelly Chandler on this occasion.

Sale of house

I found the whole experience stressful, I’m sure it was for my solicitor & her conveyancer. The problems were not of their making, however they managed to keep their composure & the house was finally sold.

Retrospective change to planning permission??

Initial advice and preliminary conclusions were somewhat unsatisfactory - however further and more complete communication gave a fuller understanding of where we were and a mutually agreeable conclusion was arrived at..
Very happy

Karen Pratt has acted for our family on 3 property transactions now and I would thoroughly recommend her. She is a really safe pair of hands; efficient, professional but friendly to deal with, does not shy away from difficult negotiations and really knows her stuff. She is absolutely the solicitor you want working on your behalf and I won't hesitate to use her or Blandy and Blandy again in the future.
