I've had a very positive experience with Aston bond they have dealt with the sale & purchase of my properties. Natasha & Chris were always available & happy to help at any time during the process.
Natasha was especially helpful & understanding with explaining the processes & helping me with the on line applications, as i'm not very good with computers & copy & paste documents.

This was part of the free will writing service organized by Age Concern.
Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I was able to ask questions and get everything sorted out. Particularly a challenging time for the Staff, as intensive building works ongoing for several months. I was made to feel fairly well at ease. No judgement regarding my requests. I was seen on time. Professional treatment.
I gave two stars for overall impressions. This is because of the building works, so when one walks into the office building, one side of the entrance is a building site. Workmen moving about plaster boards. Plastic everywhere. Also outside the building it is foreboding - a notice says that people will be seen by appointment only. Also it does not help that Slough as a town is partly an unfinished building site, and also it is in terminal decay in terms of the shopping town centre with many abandoned sites that one has to walk through either from a car park or from the railway station

I have used Ashton Bond's services in the past where Duncan Thomson has provided excellent service and advice. More recently I was introduced to Ilinca Mardarescu for advice and guidance on a Human Resources agreement. Ilinca was very prompt, diligent in review and detail, and provided direction leading to a successful conclusion.

We had a timely appointment. Friendly and approachable staff. Listened carefully and carried out our instructions to the full. Hopefully, entry system panel will be replaced as part of current refurbishment as lettering is too small, or completely erased. This makes first contact frustrating.
