Had a long case with these guys, loved dealing with Fareed, made things easy to understand and had patience to listen and answer questions as this was our first time entering in to a commercial lease so we were oblivious to a lot of terminologies and procedures. Unfortunately Kulvinder was shocking, very rude, patronising and sarcastic hated being asked questions; because of him I would never go back to these guys again. Fareed was great to work with though.

The service was competitively priced and we were guided through the process step-by-step, with great service from Bella, who kindly didn’t charge more even though the work required took additional time. When I first arrived at HSBS Law, I was really impressed by the size and professional look of their office!
