I cannot recommend Kate Rutherford highly enough. She expertly and efficiently handled the probate for both my parents, supporting me through the whole process and ensuring that everything was carried out in an exemplary manner. Kate Rutherford has been my Solicitor for over 2 yrs . We had a very difficult probate which was complicated and stressful. Each member of the team was efficient but spoke in language that any individual could understand - so important when when knows nothing of legal matters.

My nominated solicitor at Marc White & Co was Kate Rutherford and I cannot thank her enough for the assistance she has given me in securing a positive outcome to the 'minefield' involved in this procedure. This is the first step in selling a property in Spain whilst my husband lives with dementia and I will now be dealing with a colleague of Kate's at Marc White & Co for onward assistance with the Spanish authorities.
