Metha was my solicitor and she helped me to deal with a commercial lease transfer, her service was excellent and she was also very on top of the requests and she also quoted a very reasonable fee. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to Elite Law itself charges very high disbursements fee. Otherwise I’m very happy with everything.

The sale and/or purchase of any property is never straightforward, notwithstanding this my experience of working with Elite Law was unquestionably the best, by far, that I've ever experienced. I've bought and sold private homes, in addition to rental properties, for a number of years. The working practices of a solicitor will contribute enormously to the experience; the relationship you have with them is crucial to achieve success. It goes without saying that Joe and Maria were always polite, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and pragmatic in their dealings, this is what one should expect as standard from any solicitor. Moreover, they were patient, forward-thinking, human, good-humoured, compassionate to our difficulties, flexible, and their working model was possessed of a comprehendible structure that was as rational as it was effective from beginning to end. They served us with diligence and pride, they didn't patronise or evade, and they always told us the truth, even when it was difficult to hear. I intend to use Elite Law for any and all future legal dealings; I cannot recommend them more highly.

After a frustrating experience with multiple solicitors in 2024—whose poor communication led to my property sale falling through three times—working with Holly, Cheryl, and the team at Elite Law was a breath of fresh air.
I had grown accustomed to waiting at least two weeks for any kind of response from conveyancing solicitors, but Holly and her team completely changed that expectation. Every email I sent was replied to on the same day, often within the hour. Their responsiveness and dedication stood out immediately.
The team worked tirelessly to help us progress our transaction ahead of the stamp duty increase. Although we ultimately couldn’t complete in time due to factors beyond our control, it was clear that they genuinely cared and did everything possible on our behalf.
I can't speak highly enough of Holly and her team. Their professionalism, efficiency, and personal commitment were exceptional. I’ll definitely be using them for any future property transactions. Thank you once again!

Was very happy with Saanya (paralegal) helping drive this over the line.
It did turn out to be a bit more expensive than I expected however Saanya always answers my calls and Joe the solicitor would also promptly answer my emails so you by having 2 people actively working on your case, you are going to pay more. Personally, this was worth the extra money as I needed a quick purchase and Saanya and Joe were totally on the ball.
