Wilkins started dealing with the sale of my Mother's property in February 2024, my Mother then passed away and they dealt with the Probate. Following completion of Probate they then dealt with the sale of the Property which completed on 20 March 2025.

Adrian was fantastic with our recent house purchase. He provided great customer service and was always just a phone call away. Our queries were always replied to promptly, and we were always copied in and kept informed on any important correspondence with the sellers’ conveyancers. Very satisfied especially considering this was one of the cheapest quotes we received in the Aylesbury area.

Had a few issues at the start due to our original solicitor leaving just after taking on our conveyancing. However this would not take away from the service we received from Wilkins. We received a personal call from one of the principles of the firm. Paula Tedder advised us on the situation and did everything in her power to help us.
Beverley Obrart who took over the conveyancing of our purchase is a credit to the firm. She ensured the purchase went smoothly. Always communicating with us on updates and every stage of the purchase. Beverley and her assistant Charlotte were very helpful along the journey and made it all very stress free.
We would recommend using Wilkins and Beverley to anyone looking for a conveyancer. We would certainly use Wilkins and Beverley services in the future.
Beverley, Charlotte and Wilkins deserve the 5 star rating!

Excellent Conveyancing
Adrian Wright has been extremely efficient and helpful throughout the sale of our rental property. My husband and I visited his office where he gave us a very thorough explanation of the conveyancing process. He has at all times been very prompt in replying to our emails and we would be very happy to use him again.
