Getting it right first time was our priority things we had not thought about was introduced for our perusal. Whilst initial service seemed good we found them to be uncommunicative and slow to respond to emails when dealing with my late mother’s estate. Seemed like they were too busy to deal with our small case as was always told they were in meetings when I called.
