I worked with Jackie when she was at Lennons to renew my lease and she was wonderful. My Lessor was very difficult to deal with where their solicitor kept changing personal and we seemed in having to start again. We had many hold ups waiting for a response or documents from them. Jackie just kept plugging away, very professionally and I finally received my lease extension after many months.

I was put a ease at the first meeting with Ms Pam Dhaliwal in respect of my complex financial matter. She ensured me that I was in "safe hands". I was fully kept informed at all times. My wife and I would like to thank Lucy and her team for all their help and advise in writing our wills and making us feel welcome when visiting the office. It had been over fifty years ago that we produced our first wills and we were both delighted to find the whole process this time was very professional and formative but in a very friendly and understandable way. BWK were outstanding when dealing with the purchase of our first house, they were extremely supportive and managed to get us into our dream home in 7 weeks from offer to completion!
