Melanie assisted with negotiating the terms of my redundancy. She went out of her way to ensure that all the paperwork could be completed according to my ex-employer's short timescales, even if that meant connecting with me in the evening. Melanie was friendly and informative while she reviewed my redundancy settlement agreement 1:1 , the first version of the SA needed some adaption and clarification, and she managed that directly with the company HR department and closed off the agreement within a couple of days.

My experience working with Ms. Best was simply excellent. She was responsive, professional and thorough. While my redundancy settlement was not particularly complex, I could not have asked for better than Ms. Best provided. Were I to find myself in this circumstance again, I will happily return to seek her services again.

Melanie spent time to understand my position and to provide some very helpful intial advice. She supported me with sound professional advice throughout and dealt directly with my employer at the approriate points in the settlement agreement process.
As a result, I was able to negotiate a significantly more favourable settlement than first offered and am happy that I have entered into an agreement that protects my interests in the future.
I would happily recommend Melanie, who is approachable, professional, effecient and a good person to have in your corner when the need arises.

Even from my first request for a quote, Melanie was by far the friendliest response I received, which I valued very highly given the stressful nature of needing the service. Throughout the process she was very informative l, kept me in the loop, made sure I knew what my options and the implications of things were, and was just generally nice to me. It made the whole process a lot smoother and less stressful.

I contacted Melanie after she was recommended by a friend as I'm in dispute with my Emloyers about a Settlement Agreement that wasn't expected & is very unfair, more than likely illegal. Melanie has been of fabulous support & is very knowledgeable, professional & empathetic.
