I approached ALS Solicitors to help in a simple case of failure to protect my deposit as required by landlords. Little did we know this would turn into an unnecessary complex claim. False claims of "no deposit received", "it was for something else" to accusations of faked agreements and even 'recreated edited agreements' to support the landlords false claim, complicating the simple claim and throwing something straight forward into a new direction of complexity.
