Excellent guidance coupled with quick responses

Colin was excellent, he took time to talk through documentation, explain in detail the meaning and provided guidance on protecting me in the future relating to the contractual agreements. He was very quick to respond to questions or queries and provided less than a 24 hour turnaround when the external environment meant that we needed to move at speed.
