I struggled with what to say in this survey as overall my sale and purchase completed but the lack of customer service stood out. I have used SAS Daniels in the past for other legal matters and been very happy with their service and customer care and as we know most legal matters can be stressful, so even though the service was professional I was disappointed with the lack of empathy, it was very transactional and clinical.
- There was no introduction call to explanation of process, expectations and timelines
- Emails I sent often were not acknowledged
- When I did receive a response there were no pleasantries - Morning, hope you are well, congratulations - little things that make you feel like a person and not just another boring old case.
- During the 5 month process I spoke with the assistant most of the time which is fine and only with my solicitor 3 times (1x assistant was OOO, 1x for confirmation to proceed with exchange and 1x to confirm exchange complete)
Unfortunately I probably would not recommend SAS Daniels for conveyancing services.
