I contacted Edwards Hoyle for help in recovering a five-figure sum under the FSCS. My conversations with them were always friendly and efficient and I got regular feedback by phone as the claim proceeded. The full amount was recovered, from which they took the pre-agreed fee. Overall, a very positive experience.
