First month was great communication, then we changed conveyancers, she was awful, barely any work was completed in the two months we were with her. We complained and was given another conveyancer. He started off great and quickly became non communicative or extremely limited- so we complained. We missed the deadline for the increase stamp duty- we were 6 months into process by that stage. We were then allocated an assistance conveyancer to help our conveyancer- and this seemed to have helped but it was still not clear on the steps taken. I would never use this company again. We completed around 8 months. The chain consisted of 4 people and it wasn’t a complicated chain. It’s a shame because we picked them as they had super good reviews. They did reduce our fee (we noticed at the end of billing) and we assume it is for the constant inconveniences we experienced. They also have a bill at the sale- basic errors on this and we had to inform them to correct it.
