Useless.
They closed flight compensation claim (after a 3 month wait) their excuse was I hadn’t responded. I’ve send multiple (acknowledged) emails and all the information they required. A waste of time They never answer the phone or return calls

Great job and didn't require anything from us except the initial paperwork.
We tried to get compensation directly from the airlines, and of course they told us our request didn't qualify, except for the meal we purchased at the airport. So, we filled out a claim with Bott & Co, and after 6 months, were delighted to find out that the airline would pay our claim. We knew in the beginning that their fee would be about half of what they recovered, but what we received was much better than the ZERO amount the airline was willing to compensate us for. Great job and didn't require anything from us except the initial paperwork. Just waiting for the check to clear the bank!
