Bad customer service
I used this firm when purchasing a property the customer service was appalling and could never get to speak to the solicitor by telephone or in person also when sending emails taking weeks to get a response it took 8 months to finally complete and ended up costing me a lot more than they originally quoted 5 months later I have now been informed that some of my legal documentation has not been transferred over when contacting them they didn’t seem bothered and said they would be in touch if your looking for a solicitor to represent you and good customer service then I advise you not to use this firm

I would just like to leave a review for Stephanie Thompson as a criminal solicitor as me and my family have used her for years across three different firms and honestly you won't find a better solicitor. She is always so helpful and goes above and beyond for you she listens to you , she doesn't judge you. My father has just used her recently and she was first class she explained everything in detail for him got him the outcome he wanted and honestly just was so helpful and kind.

Can I please just leave a review about Stephanie Thompson as I honestly would recommend her highly. She is an amazing solicitor always goes above and beyond for you. Me and my family have used Stephanie for years across three different firms. My dad recently has just used Steph on his case and she so helpful she explained everything in details to him so he knew what was happening she got him the outcome he wanted. I highly would recommend Stephanie Thompson as a solicitor.
