The team at Brockbank's & especially Diana, who we have delt with for many years, were really helpful in this particular buying & selling process for my Dad, as we had so many twist & turns over the two years, it was ongoing , but the file was always open to be started again after issues came to light and we got there in the end.

I used the Brockbanks Cockermouth solicitors for my house purchase, and they were great!
The purchase had a lot of complications from the house deeds and seller's solicitors, but Brockbanks were able to help and advise throughout and made sure everything went through properly and as quickly as possible.

ceri bevan and her team were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to resolve difficult issues we faced them with. Covid 19 must have proved difficult for the team, at times, but none of this seemed to phase them. We have used Brockbanks since the early 2000s and been extremely satisfied with their professional attitude. We will have no hesitation in using their services in the near future or recommending them to friends.
