Katie Handoll was my solicitor who was recommended to me by my Mother. From the moment we spoke, she put my mind at ease and after explaining the ethos of So Legal, I knew they were Solicitors for me. Their prices were also extremely competitive. It was a long and stressful journey with two flats falling through but Katie’s professionalism and efficiency were second to none. Joe Kennedy at SO Legal Eastbourne did a great job dealing with the conveyancing on a property purchase that needed to be done to a tight deadline. Joe clearly knows his subject inside out. The most impressive aspect was Joe proactively keeping me up to date with developments and being highly responsive in answering all emails within minutes, something that many other solicitors fail to do. I highly recommend Joe and I will be asking him to act for me in any future property conveyancing.

We used So Legal recently to sell our house. They were absolutely fantastic! Charlotte did a lot of our administration, and was so proactive- very quick to answer emails and chased for information from the buyer when needed. She was very reliable and relayed information from our buyers solicitor as soon as she received it- keeping us informed at all times. Absolutely terrible service will never use again. Get no updates you have to chase to get an update and that's when you can get through to anyone. It's taken me upto 7 times plus to get through when you do Joe is never available and when you leave you name and number and ask for a call back or at the bare minimum an email you still get nothing. I have been trying to get hold of Joe for a week now and I have left multiple messages and requests for a call back and I'm getting very frustrated as I'm meant to be paying for this service that I quite frankly don't want to pay for. I've asked for the complaints procedure and for a manager to give me a call its been two days since I requested this and I still haven't had anything. If you're looking for amazing customer service don't use this company.
