Katie was very thorough going through every detail of the purchase of our apartment and pointing out things she wasn't happy about, which we'd never thought of. It all got sorted out in the end due to Katie being like a terrier with a b o n e (website won't let me put that word without spacing!) over one particular issue with permission for a door. In hindsight, we are glad she did this, but at the time, we just felt it was delaying things, but she was, of course, right to do it.

I accompanied my wife to Alexander & Co in Eastwood for a meeting to discuss her making a Will using the free method of allocating a small sum to Cancer Research.
My wife and I were both impressed with the service given by all the people we met during the short time out took for the whole thing to be arranged and set in place. Our solicitor , Megan, was friendly, helpful and professional and I do recommend her to anyone.

Used Alexander & Co for both the sale of my property and purchase of our new one. Graham and Sharon communicated well throughout the process and I didn't have to chase them at all.
They were very patient and communicative with us throughout the delays caused on the sale of our property (caused by our buyers).
Graham set up a video call to go through the searches and although this wasn't my first purchase, I found this very useful and learned a great deal from it.
This is the first time I've not felt ripped of with conveyancing fees, so thoroughly recommend.

Very reliable solicitors, communication was was great kept me up to date on all aspects. Also made things easy to understand and didn't use over intellectualised language.
