We used Milford and Dormor (Chard Branch) to help complete the sale of my parent's house + probate and close the estate. Bill Bennett and others were absolutely excellent. You receive a personal service, excellent advice and expertise. Unfortunately the house took 18 months+ to sell hence we used Bill for nearly 2 years. Overall the costs were very reasonable and importantly we 100% trusted everything he did, the correspondance was accurate and prompt (despite the fact we lived 100 miles away) and I would thoroughly recommend Milford and Dormor.

Milford and Dormor in Chard have been my solicitor years and I have always found them to be competent and friendly to deal with, and their fees are quite reasonable.
The Practice may not be flashy, but they are a solid, traditional, family solicitors that I have relied on for over 40 years.

Sally Lowe was amazing at sorting out a particularly complex problem concerning the sale of property inherited by children after the passing of their parents. She instructed me as Estate Administrator, with compassion, professionalism and calm to achieve my aim, in a relatively quick and economical way.
