From my initial communication requesting a quote through completion of my property it was a pleasure to deal with David Eastman and Asia Gurung.
I felt at all times they were doing everything possible to give me the best and right advice but always with a kind and caring approach.
I have to say my dealings with Asia Gurung was an absolute delight and her professional kind caring manner was so appreciated that I will without use Wollens in the future.

Overall I am happy with the service I experienced using Wollens.
Chloe did a great job in responding to my communications in a timely manner and was always very polite and helpful in explaining the process and expectations on my part.
As a first-time buyer, I appreciated the clear and concise communication at all stages.
Some documents contained mistakes such as references to the wrong property or name, but it was nothing that couldn't be fixed easily :)
The only thing I can think of that would improve my experience is to have more proactive status updates from Wollens to me as the client, even if nothing has changed, just a semi-regular communication to say "It's all moving along in the right direction, waiting on ... " can go a long way to putting our minds at ease, especially for first-time buyers
