Emma and her team have been fantastic. My concern was small but required an immediate response which Emma and her team did. They translated complicated jargon into a language I could understand and dealt with everything easily, and swiftly. Would absolutely use her/them again and would highly recommend

There were initial delays in processing the claim due to staffing problems in the personal injury section at Everys, which caused me some anxiety but were eventually resolved. There were also complications caused by 2 previous claims that had been withdrawn. Once these issues were addressed the claim was properly progressed and achieved a very satisfactory result. Given the nature of the injury it would have been unwise to progress the claim any earlier and so the initial delays were of no material consequence.

In the last 12 months I have used Everys for Probate and Conveyancing services and have received a great service on both occasions. From the initial brief meeting just to discuss the Probate work required I was impressed by their helpfulness and knowledge. As well as providing what I feel was good value for money for the type of work required they also made a difficult time much less stressful for which I am very grateful. Wonderful service, 10/10.

From the first contact with Lucy at the Exeter branch the experience has been excellent. Dealing with Emma was a pleasure and she made the whole process very easy and painless (as painless as redundancy can be anyway)
I wouldn't hesitate to use Everys again in the future, although i hope i wont need to.

A very disappointing service from Everys. In April 2023 I approached this company after being injured whilst trying to stop a runaway courtesy car, with a faulty handbrake, provided to me by a garage. I was offered a no win no fee arrangement with a predicted outcome of 25k. 12 months later I am told that my appointed solicitor has left the company. 2 months after that I’m informed that none of the investigative work had been done by my original solicitor and it wasn’t financially viable for them to proceed with my case.
I went with a local company in the hope of getting a better more personal service, I now highly recommend going with a big national company where you may get some service at all!
