Unfortunately our experience was awful as it took nearly 8 months to achieve a fairly straight forward conveyance. This was mainly down to the inexperience of dealing with a specific issue which in our view should have been anticipated much earlier than it was eventually discovered due to a lack of knowledge on the solicitors part. It caused enormous stress to us & had it been resolved earlier then the whole conveyance would have gone quite smoothly but as it happened it dragged on for months & months & months.

Know ledge and experience of using Berensens

The staff employed at Berensens both reception and solicitors were very cooperative and caring .My main business was with the Solicitor who I found extremely knowledgeable ,patient and empathetic to my business. The understanding the solicitor possessed and her clarity of points discussed assisted me a great deal with my business. I found the Solicitor's interpersonal skill of a very high standard and felt very much listened to and understood. This is a practice that I would definitely recommend to any friends of mine .

Donna was my solicitor. She was extremely good at constantly chasing the other sides solicitors. I was selling an investment property, and it turned out to be a long process, due to people pulling out, and the solicitors they had chosen, being very uncommunicative / very slow at responding. But we got there in the end, and I appreciate that she was doing as much as she could, to get it over the line - Patience and persistence were key! Thank you again, Donna.

I originally engaged Berensens' as they had just opened shop in Exmouth. I knew nothing about them.

I have now completed several personal matters, Divorce, Will writing, and a few property matters; a building plot, a house and two - about to be three purchases. The responses are prompt, and professional. They will always take my call or return it if suitable.

For me, the have broken my stereotype of a solicitor. They are thoroughly brilliant.
