My partner received a notice of intended prosecution for driving without due care and attention and the police refused to give any details unless my partner Sharon opted for her case to go before the magistrate’s court. Contacted Pattersons following receipt of a FPN which I was considering challenging and sought their advice to evaluate my options. A quick online form and within less than a day, received a detailed response specific to my circumstances which provided sufficient knowledge on how best I should proceed. Best of all....they shared this without charge!! Whilst I am not wishing to seek their services in the future, as not intending to commit an offence that requires legal support, I have added their details to my contents....just in case - and would recommend to anyone who requires just peace of mind reassurance following a FPN or similar or requires more detailed legal support.
