My son was charged with a serious charge, the case went on for many years and eventually we ended up on trial in Bristol Crown Court.
From the very beginning of the case from Police Interviews to the magistrates and eventually the crown court we received a very professional service not only from the solicitors but also the admin staff.
The Barrister chosen for us was also very good and supportive in what can be and is a very stressful time.
The Barrister and solicitor presented the case to the best of there ability and we never felt let down at all.
The Jury came back with Not Guilty verdicts..

They take advantage of a vulnerable ad ult and coerce said vulnerable ad ult with barely no sleep for 2 and a half days and coerce me to do a statement, yet no evidence was in any way supplied. Ms Fenton actually stated that public enemy number one hadn't supplied any evidence yet, as didMr Parsons.
I wanted to make a complaint, but received a response to a complaint, where I had not actually provided a full run down of my complaint. So again, yet another example of the sub standard service.
They also can't differentiate between a statement and a question.
Mr Parsons phone manner also leaves much to be desired and this firm, like all duty solicitors, also collude with not only public enemy number one to abuse a persons right to justice, they collude with an equally nefarious "organisation" named TAAS, who assist in abusing said rights.
Terrible service. Grossly unprofessional.
