I am absolutely delighted with the way Ellen Yeates took on my Will challenge case. House Purchase

You sometimes hear of horror stories when it comes to conveyance. Not in this case. Isobel acted on our behalf, in a thoroughly professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble. Any questions we had, were answered in a minimum amount of time which indeed helped to steer our house purchase through to the end, in quick time. If you have a choice then go with Isobel. On both occasions it has been a pleasure dealing with Cheryl who made the process very easy and straightforward to understand. In recent years we have had to deal with taking action against our accountants (now changed) for bad advice and administration, and more recently, we have been involved in the potential sale of the business. Despite difficulties with potential purchasers, Corri Pedrick and her team have provided first class advice and back up. Isobel Armstrong has helped us every step of the way

We instructed Kitson Boyce to act for us on the sale of our house which like many property sales can be stressful at some stages. At every stage Isobel was there with answers to our questions and reassurance on things.

I would ask her to act for us in the future even the the property was nowhere near Devon.

Cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have happily used Boyce Hatton for many years and wondered whether the change into Kitson Boyce would alter my views of the service offered. I need not have worried. I had excellent advice from Rhoda Honey, and the usual friendly efficient help I've always received. I felt that Rhoda understood and empathised with my problems and I really appreciated that during an extremely stressful period. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great service throughout.

I was involved in a bicycle accident resulting in significant injury to my hand. I had to have a lot of time off work and being self employed with a young family was extremely worrying. Fiona was brilliant throughout the process, explaining everything to me about the process to claim compensation. The accident was life changing but having the support from Fiona and her team to help me claim compensation meant I could still support my family.

For several years I was preparing for retirement and the sale of my business. I had very specific requirements regarding the type of buyer I wanted to sell to, in particular regarding the treatment of my clients and my staff. Corri Pedrick and her team at Kitson Boyce LLP acted with complete professionalism providing me with invaluable and essential advice and back up during the negotiations from inception to completion and execution of the Share Purchase Agreement. It was not a straight forward transaction, with regulatory issues involved as well as the usual legal due diligence issues. Everything was dealt with speedily where necessary, and the advice given helped to protect us as the sellers. Where external advice was appropriate, from accountants experienced in such transactions for example, Corri had the necessary contacts when we needed a third party viewpoint.
I cannot recommend Corri and her team highly enough for a combination of professionalism and dealing with you as a person as well as a client.
I have used Kitson Boyce on other matters and can say that the same professionalism is reflected in the other teams
