Fantastic Service

My family had an excellent experience working with Queen's Park Solicitors on our Immigration matter. From the very first consultation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to our needs. They took the time to explain every step of the process clearly and made sure we felt confident and informed throughout.
Our Solicitor, David, was exceptional-thorough, responsive, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome for our case.
Thanks to their expertise and support, a stressful situation was made much more seamless via a Pre-Action Protocol. I will recommend Queen's Park Solicitors to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy legal representation.

Utter legal ineptitude

My client engaged QPS to file a divorce application in May 2022. She was unaware that the solicitor, Lindoven Magsino, had only qualified as a solicitor 3 weeks earlier. He failed to share the draft divorce application with her, and filed without ticking the box requiring financial remedies, despite the client being impoverished and the husband a multi-millionaire. QPS demonstrated a paucity of knowledge of family law, even how to officially serve a divorce application or calculate daycount re deadlines. Finally, with new, proficient legal counsel, she was awarded Maintenance Pending payments, over 2 years later!!! She lived in financial hardship for 2 years, whilst sorting out the legal mess created by QPS. Legal charlatans!!!
