Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid if You Value Communication

I would not recommend this solicitor based on my experience. My case has dragged on far longer than necessary with almost no updates or progress. Communication has been virtually non-existent emails are routinely ignored, and it's incredibly difficult to get any kind of response or clarity on what’s happening.

This lack of professionalism and accountability has caused unnecessary stress and delays. If you're looking for a solicitor who will actively manage your case and keep you informed, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Absolutely appalling. Would not recommend.

I am currently in the process of selling my home with new homes law. I have never known such an appalling service. The communication is awful, I have resorted to emailing every day for the last week and a half, with no response. We are very close to losing the buyers due to lack of an update and we are currently waiting on new homes law to proceed to the next step. The only communication we've had recently is a bill, yet they are unable to respond to our queries?
Whenever you try to call, you're left on hold (if you're lucky enough to get past the voicemail!)

I would not recommend!

It started bad then got better

Initially really bad, for months I was frustrated
Then came Jessica (also the manager)
newly assigned to me. Her communication is better, she explains things and she knows what she’s doing. I knew I could relaxe a bit and let her do the job, which she did. Thanks Jessica, I was giving up we would ever get here!!! So the good review is for Jessica, it would have been more stars were it not for the long suffering before. So all the good words are for you.

Terrible service, its taken 11 months to sell my flat

New Homes Law do not respond to customer queries, despite attempts to escalate these to Grant and Clare Noble. I have made several complaints that have not been responded to. New Homes Law have taken over 50% of my money and have still not completed the conveyance over 11 months later. No communication to letters or calls, no progress update. We have lost thousands of pounds due to their incompetence. A very unprofessional firm. Case reference - 849519

Danielle has been absolutely professional from the beginning to the end of the process. Her work was exceptional and relentless. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Dreadful experience so far

I instructed this company to complete a lease extension in October 2023 - a year and a half on and I am no further forward despite money being paid. Communication is appalling. Avoid!!

Danielle was amazing and communicative. Thankfully the response time was short so I never have to wait longer than a day or two to get a response to my questions. All ID checks, document preparation and exchange were well explained so there were no hiccups or things that I was confused on so everything was stress-free for me. Terrible communication throughout. They do not outline clearly fees or payment dates. Multiple times got contractual information incorrect. At times left vital information until the last second even despite saying I would be on holiday they tried to contact for information that was required a day later.
