Surprised to learn my estranged father had died in London in 2020, and even more surprised to learn he actually had some money. I had only seen my father 4 times since 1962 (!) and hadn't know, for decades, whether he was alive or dead. At first I (and my 2 brothers) wondered if we were being phished and scammed. It took 2 years and quite a bit of back-and-forth communications but Lauren Springate patiently dealt with our concerns and step-by-step brought the matter to a happy conclusion.

Don't Bother..... Waste of time ....
My case was being held long distance during COVID... Since final order was given in 2021... Due to personal and challenging circumstances, I "assumed" as 1st order was for twelve months,both orders were party to that amount of time.
I don't believe I was advised otherwise.....
And didn't contest the second part of the order.
WRONG... the residency part is until the children's 16th Birthday... 8 YEARS PAST the 12 months that I believed I hadn't contested

Lasting Powers of Attorney
Emma Blakesley advised and guided us and our attorneys through making Financial and Health Powers of Attorney. She acted as the Certificate Provider, provided a witness and was efficiency personified. We had previously used THB Solicitors to make our wills and so were happy to use them once again. Staff made us all welcome. The process was clear, straightforward and smoothly transacted. Emma was excellent in every respect.

Simply the Best
THB are one of the best conveyancing solicitors around.
I can say that as we have encountered the worst of solicitors practice both in the forward chain and the backwards chain.
Sadly we have witnessed rudeness, incompetence, stonewalling and non-communication.
THB are none of these. An approachable friendly efficient and cost-effective option. Both our buyers and our sellers are regretting not having chosen a practice equivalent to THB.
They were recommended by our estate agents and I can see why.

Was on trial for theft constantly try to contact my solicitor Mr Burrell who was never available. Everything is done at the very last minute twice attended Crown Court and no representation had been arranged. Medical evidence was not included in the bundle therefore I was sentenced to 10 months whilst I was away, Mr Barrow was supposed to make several arrangements including writing to the governor with all my medical history. Nothing ever happened at the start of the proceeds of crime. Hearing paperwork was not completed. Properly items were left off first hearing was when I was away I was not even informed of it at the second hearing no representation was available until five minutes before the hearing just ended up sacking the company as laziness seems to be their forte. They are probably great if you’re at court for driving without insurance but anything serious they are worse than useless if you’re in a situation where you need a good criminal defence avoid these clowns Mr barrel seems to have left the practice finally enough soon after I sacked him as my legal advisor please please take note of this as I have now had to spend several thousands of pounds getting a defence due to Mr. Burrows , errors and laziness a formal complaint has been compiled and sent to the appropriate authorities
