I’ve used Maxim Solicitors again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I started the process looking at a right to buy mortgage but later changed direction after getting better financial advice and opted for a second home mortgage instead. Feisal was helpful throughout – knowledgeable, professional, and always available to guide me through the legal side of things. Even with the change in direction, he made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Competitive rates and great service as always.

From start to finish, Maxim solicitors and Sehar in particular made the entire process so easy and manageable. They were attentive, and replied with any queries that I had straight away.
