Excellent throughout
I just want to pass on my thanks to Kirsten and the rest of the Morgan's team for taking care of the sale of mum's house. From my initial meeting with Sarah Ferguson to the final settlement, everyone at Morgan's has been fantastic and communication has been excellent throughout. After a challenging year looking after mum and finding the right long term care for her, it was such a relief to have the house sale proceed so smoothly with the help of the whole team.

Morgans had previously been our solicitors for our will and powers of attorney, so when we decided to move home, we instructed them again to carry out the conveyancing work. Overall, the service was excellent. Kimberley Beatson was our main point of contact and she was brilliant - professional, approachable, and kept us regularly update throughout the process. She always came back to any queries in a timely manner and was very friendly. Some of the property sales team seemed a bit pushy at the beginning regarding getting our own house on the market once the offer was accepted. As busy a firm as they are, it came across negatively and did not help an already stressful process. Other than that right at the beginning, the people we dealt with were generally very good and clearly know what they are doing.
