Ned was brilliant with my case and his attention to detail and the way he delivered it was second to none. We also had a duty solicitor on the day of arrest called Jane who was also brilliant.

I employed Allen Hooleto represent me and unfortuately it was the worst decision i have ever made. They lied at worst or at the very least gace me very bad legal advice when i first met them which resulted in a Longer sentence than i would have expected to have got. They wil never get back to you in a timely fashion and you have to email them constantly to get any response from them.
Even then i was told different things by seperate Solicitotrs within the firm. They lost contact detalks of Keys witnessess on several occasons failed to meet 3 court deadlines ad that off by saying we have plenty of time don't worry about them. For someone who has never gone through this process it is very concerning and not reassuring at all.
Dianne Hays the Solicitor at the frm who has the respinsibility to try and resolve any client issues is so protective of her firm wil not even listen to anything. For example I asked to be called gave them a deadline of 3 weeks to call me they did not I emailed them asking why. I get a call 10am on Monday which I couldn't take arrange to speak to them the next day at 10am but hear nothing from them for another 10days until again i email them asking whats going on then i get a call becuase i CC'd in everyone in the firm sayng how bad they were.
Advice - Poor
Profesionalism - Woefuly Poor
Business Proceedures - not sure they have any in place at all.
Please please do not use this firm if you want to be satisfied or confident in anything.

I was to be interviewed by the Police about a car accident I was in. Sam Stevens came to assist me and gave advice before the interview started. As the interview was being recorded, I gave my account as per Sam Stevens guidance. Not long after leaving the Police Station I received an E-Mail to say the case is closed and no further action.
I strongly recommend Sam as everything was explained and straight forward

I was advised by nicola hutchinson of reeds bristol,a partner in the company, who was with me at the police interview.She totally misled me throughout the process,so much so I do agree with a previous reviewer who believed she was in league with the police.Please avoid this company if you want impartial advice and you value your freedom.

Charan was professional and passionate about providing a voice or our daughter. She was caring and insightful and quickly identified that there was a wider issue that needed to be addressed. She was calm and reassuring and gave our daughter crucial support and provided hope.

I was represented by Lisa Rowley, and she instructed Emma Martin. Lisa was professional and approachable. More importantly she has a person focused. She explained everything and was always compassionate and nothing seemed too much trouble.
