Superb Will Writing Support and Client Care from Grant Saw
We found Grant Saw through the Alzheimer's Society for setting up our elderly parents' last Wills. From the initial email through to finalizing all details, Adelaine Nietzold (solicitor) was invaluable in getting everything done swiftly and clearly. Adelaine responded to our emails and questions promptly, explaining in non-jargon language that we could understand and relay to our parents, and guiding us through each step of the process. We have finally got our parents' Wills after years of attempting to do so, which is a massive relief for them. If not for Adelaine's professional yet personable approach, this would have taken much longer.
Additionally, we wanted to thank Janice Connolly for going above and beyond to show kindness and care for our parents when they visited the Grant Saw office. Janice assisted our mother when she was feeling unwell and went out of her way to make her comfortable. This level of client support is something we sincerely appreciate and will remember. Our parents were deeply touched by the care shown.
