This review is for a different branch.
Very quick to take payment; very slow to respond, if ever.
Overall, the firm's service lacks any semblance of professionalism - ranging from unclear or incorrect legal advice to dealing with a new paralegal every step of the way. There is no sense of continuity, and their communication is appalling.
I found that I was able to get more accurate legal insight from ChatGPT or Reddit.
I essentially built the whole application myself. They just copied & pasted the questionnaire I completed onto the UKVI website. There was zero legal support. The Home Office replied to my application indicating that there was no cover letter or supporting evidence submitted with my application (prior to submission, I followed up multiple times confirming that they would be submitting a cover letter & support evidence, to which the paralegals / attorney said they would).
Additionally, when it was time for my biometrics appointment, I felt utterly unprepared. There was no support from Alison Law, no pre-biometrics preparation, and no replies to emails with questions in advance of my biometrics appointment.
Coincidentally, I previously worked for an immigration law firm in the US. If any paralegal or attorney who worked on my case performed their job the way they did for my old employer, they would lose their job instantly.
Save your money & stay away.
