I would like to thank Roger Bower at Lowick McKay for providing superb service in the sale of our main residence.
Being involved in mortgages for 20 plus years and running a brokerage for most of that time, I hear regularly how clients are unhappy with their conveyancer.

As FTBs we were particularly new to the house buying process so needed more information that the usual buyer. Lowick McKay came recommended by a colleague and we are glad we took this recommendation. Bernadette and the team were friendly, hardworking and efficient, getting everything they needed to do done in good time and with good communication. When we got close to exchange and close communication was needed Lowick McKay were always available via email or phone, which really helped calm any nerves. The service provided was very good and at a reasonable price as well.

After delivering all our initial documents these were lost, the solicitor on our case was on holiday once a month with no notice so we were forever chasing. When we finally got somewhere they were rude when we chased them, on completion I had to request amendments to their paperwork because of incorrect figures, we're also still chasing documents 3 months after completion.

The team at Lowick McKay were great to deal with and took a lot of the stress out of buying a home. As first time buyers, the whole process was alien to my wife and I until Lowick made things so much easier! Would highly recommend the team who offer a very professional service and at competitive rates.
