Expert Advice & Amazing Service

Having little knowledge legally about what to do in the event my partner moved into to my property I reached out to various solicitors looking for advice.
Hawkins Family Law were by far the best on providing me clarity on what I needed and how to put a cohabitation agreement in place.
From speaking to Michelle at the start to the handing of my agreement by Ashleigh nothing was too much in terms of my questioning and Ashleigh kept me informed every step of the way. The ease of putting this in place, the quality of work delivered by Ashleigh and the value of service was excellent.
I would not hesitate to recommend or use their services again.

Highly recommend

Getting divorced is awful but Hawkins Family Law really eased the pain. They were “on it” when I didn’t have the head space to be myself. They were patient and kind and a brilliant result under the circumstances. I was recommended by a friend and I have also recommended a friend and we all feel the same. Thank you

I cannot recommend Hawkins Family Law Ltd enough for their part in the successful outcome of my court case. I was at the end of despair with a previous legal firm and, after a brief time as a litigant in person, I contacted Hawkins. My initial email was to Jo Hawkins who, unlike many other firms I contacted, replied promptly and referred me to Holly Warren. Holly was excellent in the way that she listened and handled my case. I went from being terrified to receive emails from a previous firm which were patronising and offered incorrect advice, to finally achieving justice. The advice would be do not stick with a firm that is mishandling your case, leave. Hawkins Family Law is excellent.

Avoid. 15k in 3m and for what?!

Avoid. 15k spent in 3 months. Before any hearings. Just to read things and change letter font. Lack of knowledge e.g right to a family life, lies claiming they've sene the evidence when it hadn't been sent, refusal to look at evidence . Every barrister/solicitors iv spoken to since. Gasps and tuts at the cost and lack of proactivenes.

Defending Parental Allegations

The firm was very understanding of and adept in dealing with the management of this defence. Preparation of documents was thorough and appropriate and captured the reality of events very well. Counsel appointed by the firm to conduct the hearing on my behalf was also excellent in delivery and agile in adapting her approach in the moment. The result was as all that might be hoped for and ensured the right outcome.
