House Sale

Awful service and unprofesional. Not proactive at all on issues holding up the sale which was only resolved because the seller and buyer and buyers mortgage rep were prepared to pick up the phone and talk. Several requests for a call back ignored by Jane Marks. I have used Dwyers a few times before and had good service. We will not be using Dwyers again

Worst Solicitors EVER

Jane Marks was nothing but rude to all family and clients involved in house sale. The house sale did not go through due to Jane's rude and unprofessional attitude and lack of attention to clients case the house fell through on the very last day as Jane Marks did not pay attention to detail and dates. We have had to now reapply for house and use our own solicitor NOT one pushed upon us by estate agents to now hopefully quickly complete the sale. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID at all costs. They also ask for what we found out to be unnecessary personal information and looked to put the blame on to anyone else involved BAR themselves. When approached via phone or email we are now being ignored and at present not releasing personal data back including the local searches which have already been paid for. We are now seeking legal action against company and a formal complaint about Jane Marks ATTITUDE and pure RUDENESS.

We received a brilliant service from Amanda Reed and her colleagues. The buyer's solicitors was very poor, and this led to a lot of extra work for Amanda. However she regularly kept us informed of progress and liaised closely with all parties, so that the sale did complete successfully. We are very grateful to Amanda and recommend her highly.
