The whole process was so smooth & painless with Martin being knowledgeable, patient & thoroughly professional.
Was 'kept in the loop' all the time &; responses (to questions via e-mail or phone) were prompt and completely adequate.
Fees were slightly lower than comparable law firms & explained full upfront and didn't vary from initial price.
I would HIGHLY recommend April King Legal services via remote phone enabling.

Nearly gone are the face to face or even voice to voice .
So I always they to find a way to physically speak to the person I require .

We wanted to update our wills and April King were recommended to us. Paul understood our requirements, using examples to ensure everything was clear, and guided us through the process in professional manner. He was able to suggest the correct clauses to include in our wills and on receipt Elise walked us through each clause to ensure everything was understood. We visited to update our wills in a face to face consultation with Catriona .
She impressed us as a confident and competent professional .
Catriona expressed herself with clarity of communication and, more importantly, in plain English.
She is very knowledgeable and informative and so we feel much relieved now we have consulted with her .
We believe her to be an excellent ambassador for the firm and we have no problem with highly recommending April King and will continue to use the firm as and whenever necessary.
It was a great pity that had to go to Nottingham to do it as their Leicester office is now closed.

Our clients are often surprised to learn that standard Wills offer little or no guarantee that their children's inheritance will not pass sideways out of the family bloodline to potential predatory third parties, such as the Local Authority or a former son-in-law or daughter-in-law.
